Whether you're looking to firm up, slim down, stay thin, hit the gym, eat right or just lead a healthier lifestyle, we hope this FREE 6 week Weight and Wellness Series (based on TLS Plan) will empower you to find the right solution. The series will be taught by Beth Fojtik, a UWSP-School of Health Care Science and TLS Coach. She will offer customized guidance on healthy eating habits based on participants lifestyle and will consider any eating obstacles. The focus of the coaching advice will be to help participants adopt healthy ways of eating which are conducive to long-term, healthy weight management. Slow and steady is the key to healthy weight loss and Fojtik will offer guidance that supports a healthy lifestyle.
Remaining Series topics include: Week 2: Low Glycemic Eating plus Reading Labels; Week 3 Improving Metabolism plus Exercise/Body Composition; Week 4: Planning/Dining Out plus Nutrition (protein, fats & carbs); Week 5 Healthy Habits, Obstacles plus Managing Stress; Week 6 Assessing Results plus Living the Lifestyle.
