Join us for a special edition of our Poetry and Prose Open Mic Night—LIGHTS OUT edition!

What is Lights Out? It’s a time for us to shut off our lights and enjoy all that nighttime has to offer. It is also part of a national effort to address light pollution—excessive artificial light that can harm our sleep, mental health, and the well-being of wildlife.

Celebrate Lights Out by reading something about the night sky, the northern lights, constellations, astronomy, nocturnal animals… the possibilities are endless.

Not sure what to share? Pick something up that night from our mini library!

Registration is encouraged, but not required. Sign up here.
